What is the average time to complete my project?
Typically, most projects can be completed in 3 weeks from the time we receive a purchase order and all details are worked out.
If I need my order sooner than 3 weeks can I put a "rush" on it and what would the extra cost be?
We can normally "rush" an order, depending on workload. Cost is based on the amount of overtime labor required.
Is shipping included in the quoted price?
Shipping is not included in the quoted price of a project but can be added if requested. Our shipping quotes are the best prices we can find in the industry. Customers are welcome to provide their own shipping.
Do you offer a warranty on your products, including any options?
We offer a one year limited warranty on materials and labor including our manufactured options. Options included from other manufacturers are covered under their own warranties.
Can I deviate from the product designs shown in the catalog and on the web site?
We are a custom design and manufacturing company and specialize in working with our customer's ideas and designs to provide a product built just for them.
Can I change my order once it is placed?
It depends. If the order has not been started you can make changes, although it my slow down the process. If the order has been started you may still make changes, but you will be required to pay for work that has been done or extra work that may be required.
I would like the wood and stain to match my pre-existing units. Can you match what I already have?
Stain matching is an art and much more difficult than paint matching. We have skilled workers in our factory and access to those outside our factory that we use to obtain as close a match as possible to your sample. Matches increase the production time because we must first match the sample, then send it back to you for approval.
How should I care for my wood products?
We include a "care" letter with all wood products.
Can I return my order to stock?
We have no stock. Everything we build is "custom" to meet "your" specific needs. So, the answer is "No", we cannot accept returns.
